Main functions
- Report directly to the Senior Designer proposing pieces, materials and constructions.
- Actively sketching, presenting shapes and detail-trials by stitching and draping.
- Ensuring the mood, colour and fabric boards were up to date.
- Prototyping and testing in Clo3D before first materialization.
- Supporting the design development and production team across all product ranges (Mainline & MHL) from initial prototype through to bulk.
- Assistance with technical drawings using Illustrator and working on coloration.
- Creating and maintaining supplier pattern plans, fabric plans, visual range plans, graded spec sheets, ensuring the accuracy of supplier and fabric COO, commodity codes, customs descriptions, care instructions, and sustainability data
- Facilitating the internal management and distribution of all samples, liaising with suppliers for timely deliveries to meet the critical path
- Setting up care labels and disclaimer tickets, creating packing lists, and pulling trims for production
- Support at fittings and edit prototypes following-up modifications.
